Signing up with Julz has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have a lot of injuries and didn't think that I would be able to do much other than the walking I was already doing. A friend recommended that I just have a chat with Julz and see if she could help. She challenged me within my injury capabilities but made sure there was no risk of damage. She has a thorough understanding of how the body works and I managed to achieve goals with limited movement.
